Incredible finds in the gallery’s attic
In the early 1980’s, we made an incredible discovery in the attic of our Peel
Street gallery. Little did we know that the many bags stored there contained documentation that would form the basis of the current Guild archives.
Access to the archives
Since 1985, thanks to former director Virginia Watt’s incredible work, the Guild archives have been available to the following select groups:·
Researchers;
· Journalists;
· Universities;
· Museums.
